I am currently pursuing three connected research thrusts aimed at producing both new methods and actionable guidance for public and private sector decision-makers.

These efforts are described in greater detail in my research statement and include:

  • Building optimization tools to understand parametric and structural uncertainties in energy system models

  • Incorporate inherent biases in decision-making into the energy and power system modeling tools

  • Develop methodologies to improve the computational performance of real-world energy and power system models.
